目的建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定尿铝的方法。方法以0.10%TritonX-100和0.50%HNO3为基体改进剂将尿样稀释5倍后,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪进行测定。结果方法在0.76μg/L~50.0μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.999;在浓度25.0μg/L~200.0μg/L范围内加标回收率为91.8%~95.0%,尿样标准物质测定结果在真值范围内;3 d内对样品进行6次测定,计算其批间精密度,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.6%~8.2%;测定10次试剂空白,按照标准差法计算方法的检出限为0.76μg/L,以尿样稀释5倍计,最低检出浓度为3.80μg/L。结论采用横向加热恒温平台石墨管测定尿铝,灵敏度高,精密度好,可准确测定尿中痕量铝。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of urine aluminum by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The urine samples were diluted 5-fold with 0.10% Triton X-100 and 0.50% HNO 3 as matrix modifiers and determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.76μg / L ~ 50.0μg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999. The spiked recoveries ranged from 91.8% to 95.0% in the range of 25.0μg / L ~ 200.0μg / L. The results were within the true value range. The samples were measured 6 times within 3 days, and the precision of inter-batch precision was calculated. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.6% -8.2%. The reagent blank was measured 10 times and calculated according to the standard deviation method The detection limit was 0.76μg / L, with a 5-fold dilution of urine samples, the minimum detectable concentration of 3.80μg / L. Conclusions The urine of aluminum is determined by transverse heated thermostatic platform graphite tube with high sensitivity and good precision, which can accurately determine trace aluminum in urine.
