随着国家领导人提出的中国梦的伟大理想,我国的各行各业也都为了这个梦想快速地发展着,建筑行业也不例外。建筑工程越来越趋向品质化,人们关注更多的是建筑外形是否美观、结构是否合理、施工是否严谨、管理是否规范。前两个方面是处于设计阶段,并且由于在做结构时有很多规范的要求,所以建筑美观不能提太多的要求,而施工是建筑完成的最后一步,它的严谨与否直接影响到建筑的品质。为了提升建筑的质量,我们必须控制好工程中的施工和管理,在本文中重点探讨了一些建筑工程管理的影响因素和对其完善的对策。
With the great ideal of the Chinese dream proposed by the leaders of the country, all walks of life in our country are also rapidly developing for this dream. The construction industry is no exception. Construction projects tend to be more and more quality, people pay more attention to whether the appearance of the building is beautiful, the structure is reasonable, the construction is rigorous and the management is standard. The first two aspects are in the design stage, and because there are many normative requirements when making the structure, the aesthetic appearance of the building can not make too many demands. The construction is the final step of the construction, and its rigor or not directly affects the construction quality. In order to improve the quality of the building, we must control the construction and management of the project. In this paper, we focus on some influencing factors of construction project management and its countermeasures.
