本文介绍了各种类型的新型刀具材料在广泛地车削试验条件下,切削M38高温合金的试验情况和结论。首先,就多种刀具材料在不同刀具几何角度和切削速度下的切削性能进行了切削试验。继而,采用正交设计试验方法,建立了某些切削条件下,切削力、切削温度的数学模型;研究了多种切削液条件、刀具、切削用量对加工效能的影响。研究表明,特制的切削液和优质刀具能显著改善M38等高温合金的切削加工性。本文最后提出了提高加工M38等高温合金切削效能的一些途径。
This article describes the experimental conditions and conclusions of cutting M38 superalloys under a wide range of turning test conditions for various types of new tool materials. First of all, cutting tests on the cutting performance of various tool materials at different tool geometries and cutting speeds were carried out. Then, using the orthogonal test method, the mathematical model of cutting force and cutting temperature under some cutting conditions was established. The effects of various cutting fluid conditions, cutting tools and cutting parameters on the machining efficiency were studied. Research shows that the special cutting fluid and high quality tools can significantly improve the machinability of M38 and other high temperature alloys. In the end, some ways to improve the cutting performance of M38 and other high temperature alloys are put forward.
