能源消耗约占我公司制水成本的40%,降低制水成本就成为工作的重点,近年来进行了一些工作。在主要出厂水管没有增加,平均服务压力由1978年的17米逐步提高到1982年的18.8米,年出水量由9.7亿吨增到10.1亿吨的情况下,每千吨出厂水总电耗由237.6度降到204.7度。除了在管理上做了一定工作外,主要做了下列工作。一、合理确定服务压力合理确定服务的压力是我们服务的重要目标之一,也是节约用电的前提。合理确定服务压力,就要研究能源消耗比较经济合理。上海市区原有房屋基本上为三层或三层
