不同微生物降解级别原油的地球化学分析表明,轻度的微生物降解作用,对原油中含氯化合物没有明显的影响;中等降解的原油,随降解程度的增加,唑、甲基唑和C2-唑的浓度呈规律性的减小;严重降解原油,其含氯化合物浓度则显著降低。唑、甲基唑、C2-唑的相对百分含量在非严重降解原油中,并没有明显的变化;而在严重降解原油中,唑和甲基唑明显降低,C2-唑则升高。二甲基唑类,全屏蔽型、半屏蔽型、全裸露型三类异构体的相对百分含量,在非严重降解原油中无明显变化;在严重降解原油中,全屏蔽型和全裸露型增加,而半屏蔽型降低。
Geochemical analysis of crude oils of different microbial degradation levels showed that slight degradation of microorganisms had no significant effect on the content of chlorinated compounds in crude oil. For moderately degraded crude oil, the degradation rates of azoles, methyloxazoles and C2-azoles Concentration decreased regularly; Severe degradation of crude oil, the concentration of chlorine compounds was significantly reduced. The relative percentages of azoles, methyloxazoles and C2-azoles did not change significantly in non-severely degraded crude oils. In the severely degraded crude oils, the concentrations of azoles and methyloxazoles were significantly decreased and C2-azoles increased. The relative percentages of dimethyl azoles, full-screened, semi-screened and nudity-type isomers did not change significantly in non-severely degraded crude oil. In severely degraded crude oil, the total screened and nudity Type increases, while the semi-shielded type decreases.
