结合高速铁路安全保障体系的特点和需求,研究确定综合防灾安全监控系统的监测内容、总体框架和系统功能。根据防灾监控系统的设计与实施原则,基于全球微波接入互操作性(WiMAX)无线传输技术设计完整的防灾安全监控系统技术方案。可实时监测大风、地震、暴雨洪水、积雪、覆冰、异物侵限和轨温等危险信息,以防止或减轻自然灾害和突发事件对高速铁路行车安全的危害,具有重要的工程实用价值。
Combined with the characteristics and demands of high-speed railway safety assurance system, the monitoring content, overall framework and system functions of comprehensive disaster prevention and safety monitoring system are studied and determined. According to the design and implementation principle of disaster prevention monitoring system, a complete disaster prevention and safety monitoring system technical scheme is designed based on the global microwave access interoperability (WiMAX) wireless transmission technology. Real-time monitoring of dangerous information such as wind gusts, earthquakes, storm floods, snow cover, icing, foreign body intrusion, and rail temperature to prevent or mitigate the hazards of natural disasters and emergencies to the safety of high-speed railway traffic has important engineering practical value .
