腐败就是公共行为攫取超额人力资本利润,导致公众福利下降的结果。腐败可以分为多个层次。随着国家反腐倡廉的不断进行,许多问题的解决难度加大,特别是腐败现象从显性向隐形的转变,为反腐败带来了很大的难题。文章对隐形腐败进行了界定,分析了隐形腐败的主要表现,并提出了解决的对策及建议。
Corruption is the result of public behavior grabbing profits from excess human capital and causing public welfare to fall. Corruption can be divided into multiple levels. With the continuous promotion of anti-corruption campaign in China, many problems are more difficult to be solved. In particular, the change of the corruption phenomenon from a dominant position to an invisible one has posed a great challenge to anti-corruption. The article defines the invisible corruption, analyzes the main manifestations of the invisible corruption, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
