采用APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language)语言建立了瓦楞纸板压痕折叠过程的仿真模型,在考虑瓦楞纸板材料非线性及几何非线性的基础上,对不同工艺参数的瓦楞压痕折叠过程进行模拟仿真,分析该过程中压痕力、压痕力矩的变化规律,以及不同工艺参数对压痕过程的影响。结果表明,经压痕后的瓦楞纸板的强度、压痕力与折叠力矩基本随纸板变形增大而增加,但呈非线性变化。
Based on APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language) language, the simulation model of corrugated board creasing and folding process is established. Based on the nonlinear and geometrical nonlinearity of corrugated board material, the process of creasing and indentation of corrugated board is simulated, The variation of indentation force, indentation moment and the influence of different process parameters on indentation process were analyzed. The results show that the strength, indentation force and folding moment of the corrugated corrugated board increase with the increase of the deformation of the board, but change nonlinearly.
