在白皮病鱼的患部组织,镜检观察到了堆聚群集的粘细菌。用从患部组织分离到的B_(76-7-1)等8株粘细菌的菌悬液分别浸养或浸洗夏花鱼种,试验鱼表现出与自然发病鱼相同的病症。这些菌株的人工感染是成功的。我们认为B_(76-7-1)等8株粘细菌菌株是白皮病的致病菌。 B_(76-7-1)菌株在分类上属于鱼害粘球菌(Myxococcus piscicola)。防治鱼害粘球菌引起的烂鳃病的药物及方法原则上可用于白皮病的防治。
In the diseased tissue of white-diseased fish, myxobacteria clustered together were observed microscopically. The testis showed the same symptoms as the naturally occurring fish by separately inoculating or dipping the summer flowers with the bacterial suspension of eight myxobacteria such as B_ (76-7-1) isolated from the diseased tissue. The artificial infection of these strains was successful. We believe that B_ (76-7-1) and other eight strains of myxobacteria are the pathogens of the white skin disease. The B_ (76-7-1) strain belongs to the genus Myxococcus piscicola. Prevention and treatment of fish diseases caused by Mycobacterium phlei gill disease drugs and methods can in principle be used for the prevention and treatment of white skin disease.
