[目的]建立一种同时分析莠去津和甲基磺草酮的高效液相色谱法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法,以乙腈、水和乙酸为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和紫外检测器,在240 nm波长下对试样中莠去津和甲基磺草酮进行液相色谱分离和定量分析。[结果]莠去津和甲基磺草酮的线性相关系数分别为0.9997、0.9993,标准偏差为0.044、0.048,变异系数为0.89%、0.32%,回收率为99.73%、99.96%。[结论]该方法操作简单、快速、准确,适用于26%莠去津.甲基磺草酮悬浮剂的定性和定量分析。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous analysis of atrazine and mesotrione. [Method] Atrazine and mesotrione were tested in the sample at 240 nm with C18 column and UV detector using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with acetonitrile, water and acetic acid as mobile phase. Liquid chromatography separation and quantitative analysis. [Result] The linear correlation coefficients of atrazine and mesotrione were 0.9997 and 0.9993, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.044 and 0.048. The coefficients of variation were 0.89% and 0.32%, respectively. The recoveries were 99.73% and 99.96%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid and accurate and is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of 26% atrazine.
