采用CCD热喷涂状态监测设备对采用喷雾造粒方法制备的纳米结构Al2O3-13%TiO2喂料在等离子喷涂过程中的温度特性进行了研究。结果表明,CCD设备清晰地捕捉到了飞行粒子,其流量呈近似正态分布。喂料的温度最高超过2600℃,当下降到熔点附近时出现再次升高现象,内部熔化材料随气体在局部喷发而流到表面是导致出现这一现象的主要原因。
The temperature characteristics of plasma-sprayed nano-structured Al2O3-13% TiO2 feedstock prepared by spray granulation method were studied by CCD thermal spray condition monitoring equipment. The results show that the CCD device captures the flying particles clearly, and the flow is approximately normal distribution. The maximum temperature of the feedstock exceeds 2600 ° C. When the temperature drops to the vicinity of the melting point, the phenomenon of resurgence occurs again. The main reason that this phenomenon occurs is that the internal melted material flows to the surface as the gas erupts locally.
