为科学决策和正确编制浦东新区“十一五”人才规划,浦东新区“十一五”人才发展规划课题组于前不久到香港实地考察了当地的人才工作情况。考察期间,课题组先后拜访了香港特别行政区政府公务员培训处、香港专业教育学院柴湾分校、香港人力资源管理学会、香港中文大学校外进修学院、香港中原人力资源咨询有限公司、沪港人才交流合作服务办公室、香港金融管理学院等单位,并与香港有关政府官员、专家学者和行业协会中介组织的管理人员进行了座谈交流。香港人才工作的特点与发展,给浦东带来了宝贵的经验。
In order to make scientific decisions and properly compile the “Eleventh Five-year” talent planning in Pudong New Area, the Pudong New Area's “Eleventh Five-Year” talent development planning group recently visited Hong Kong to conduct field work on local talent. During the inspection, the Task Force visited the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Civil Service Training and Training Institute, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education Chai Wan Branch, the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management, the Chinese University of Hong Kong School of Continuing Education, Hong Kong Chung Yuan Human Resources Consulting Co., Ltd., Hong Kong and Shanghai talent exchange and cooperation Service offices, Hong Kong Institute of Financial Management and other units, and with Hong Kong government officials, experts and scholars and industry associations to organize interviews with managers. The characteristics and development of Hong Kong talent work have brought valuable experience to Pudong.
