砂处理线的合理设计是众多设计者探讨的课题。我们在承接某厂年产5000吨小型空压机铸铁车间技改工程时,结合工厂具体实际,同时考虑砂处理工部的固有特性,在砂处理线设计中,新砂、旧砂系统局部合二为一,在满足生产率要求同时,节约了设备投资;全线程序控制,自动化程度较高;设置了自动定量加水装置。结合调试、试生产,对相应设备及其配套能力提出了改进处理意见。
Reasonable design of sand treatment line is the subject of many designers. When we undertook the technological transformation project of a 5,000t / a small air compressor cast iron workshop with an annual output of 5,000t, we combined with the actual situation of the factory and considered the inherent characteristics of the sand treatment department. In the design of the sand treatment line, As one, to meet the productivity requirements at the same time, saving equipment investment; full range of program control, high degree of automation; set automatic quantitative water device. Combined with commissioning, trial production, the appropriate equipment and their supporting capacity put forward suggestions for improvement.
