目的以三七剪口提取液中人参皂苷Rg1、Re和三七皂苷R1的含量及转移率为指标,考察酶解渗漉法、传统渗漉法和酶解回流提取法的优劣。方法通过采用三种方法得出的结果,进行有效物质提取量、物料使用量及提取时间的对比。结果传统渗漉与酶解渗漉提取液中Rg1、Re、R1的含量及转移率相当,酶解回流法不能完全提取三七剪口中所含有的Rg1、Re、R1。结论传统渗漉法与酶解渗漉法效果相当,但酶解法较传统渗漉工艺更节约时间和物料,节约乙醇用量的40%。
OBJECTIVE To study the content and metastasis rate of ginsenoside Rg1, Re and notoginsenoside R1 in Panax notoginseng extract, and investigate the advantages and disadvantages of enzymolysis percolation method, traditional percolation method and enzymolysis reflux extraction method. Methods By using the results obtained by the three methods, the effective amount of material extraction, material usage and extraction time comparison. Results The content and transfer rate of Rg1, Re, R1 in the traditional percolation and enzymolysis percolation extract were similar. The enzymatic refluxing method could not completely extract the Rg1, Re and R1 contained in the notoginseng notch. Conclusion Traditional percolation method and enzymolysis percolation method is quite effective, but enzymatic hydrolysis method saves more time and material than traditional percolation process, saving 40% of the amount of ethanol.
