1.引言卤轮的强度设计,通常是对弯曲强度、齿面强度、胶合强度进行计算。关于调质齿轮及表面硬化齿轮的强度,分别用同节圆圆周速度的关系来表示(见图1)。根据图1可知,调质齿轮的性能大致是由点蚀决定的,而表面硬化齿轮大致是由折损决定的。同时,这种情况也随模数的大小而变化。图2以按AGMA(美国齿轮制造商协会)计算公式、对于齿轮比为3.0、硬度相同的齿轮组合的标准直齿轮
1. INTRODUCTION The strength of the design of the hull is usually calculated on the bending strength, tooth surface strength and bonding strength. On the quenched and tempered gear and hardened gear, respectively, with the same section of circular peripheral speed relationship (Figure 1). According to Figure 1 shows, quenched and tempered gear performance is roughly determined by pitting, and hardened gear is roughly determined by the loss. At the same time, this situation also changes with the size of the module. Figure 2 shows a standard spur gear with a gear combination of a gear ratio of 3.0 and a uniform hardness according to the AGMA (American Gear Manufacturers Association) formula
