The circulation and seasonal variation of the Kelgailonghaitai area in the Southern Ocean are simulated by means of the ice-sea coupling isoparametric model. The analysis of the simulation results shows that the Antarctic toroidal flow in the sea area has a very significant banding distribution and Non-zonal characteristics. The Antarctic circumferential current flows through the Kelgamount Sea Plateau, and shows different forms in the southern, central and northern parts of the sea plateau.
