超声波在液体中能引起周期性的压缩与膨胀,有利于油墨与纤维的分离。实验探讨超声波预处理对激光打印废纸脱墨效果的影响。结果显示:未经超声波预处理的化学法脱墨废纸浆有效残余油墨浓度为81.13 mg·kg-1,白度为78.8%ISO;经过超声化学法协同酶法处理后的废纸浆有效残余油墨浓度为53.13 mg·kg-1,白度为85.8%ISO。与未经过超声波处理的废纸浆相比,油墨脱除率提高了33.68%,白度提高了6%ISO,而废纸浆的抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐破指数等物理强度性能无明显变化,废纸浆的光学和物理性能指标可以满足中低档箱纸板的质量要求。
Ultrasound in the liquid can cause periodic compression and expansion, is conducive to the separation of ink and fiber. The effect of ultrasonic pretreatment on the deinking effect of laser printed waste paper was discussed. The results showed that the effective residual ink concentration of the deinked pulp without ultrasonic pretreatment was 81.13 mg · kg-1 and the whiteness was 78.8% ISO. The effective residual ink concentration 53.13 mg · kg-1, and the whiteness was 85.8% ISO.
