本文以《南京浦口中心城区概念性城市设计》为例,介绍了基于优化与管控的中大尺度城市设计的思路和主要内容,总结了项目的特色与创新,即概念创新-基于宏观和中观尺度的分区型城市设计,方法和技术创新---基于科学研究和数字技术的理性城市设计,思路创新-基于控规全覆盖的优化型城市设计,成果创新-基于控制与引导的管理型城市设计。
Taking the conceptual city design of Nanjing Pukou downtown as an example, this paper introduces the ideas and main contents of medium and large-scale urban design based on optimization and control, summarizes the characteristics and innovation of the project, namely concept innovation - based on macro and mid-scale Scale urban design, methodologies and technological innovations --- rational urban design and innovative ideas based on scientific research and digital technology - optimized urban design and results innovation based on full coverage of regulatory compliance - management-oriented cities based on control and guidance design.
