目的：初步探讨ＣＴＡ的成像技术和临床意义。材料与方法：选择一定扫描参数，造影剂的应用方法和血管重建方式进行了３６例不同部位的ＣＴＡ成像，并按标准对ＣＴＡ图像质量进行分级。结果：本组Ⅰ～Ⅱ级优良图像约占９１％，尚能诊断的Ⅲ级约９％。结论：恰当地使用ＣＴＡ成像技术，能获得满意的ＣＴＡ图像。ＣＴＡ是一种成功的非创伤性血管成像技术。
Objective: To investigate the imaging technique and clinical significance of CTA. Materials and Methods: CTA imaging of 36 different sites was performed by selecting certain scanning parameters, application of contrast medium and revascularization methods. CTA image quality was graded according to the standard. Results: The excellent grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ images accounted for about 91%, but still can diagnose about 9% of grade Ⅲ. Conclusion: CTA imaging technique can be used properly to obtain a satisfactory CTA image. CTA is a successful non-invasive angiography technique.
