建立反相高效液相色谱法测定酒石酸美托洛尔片中酒石酸美托洛尔的含量。方法:采用奥泰公司C18色谱柱(220 mm×4.6mm,5μm),醋酸盐缓冲液(取醋酸铵3.9g加水810ml溶解后,加三乙胺2.0ml,冰醋酸10.0ml,磷酸3.0ml,摇匀)-乙腈(824:146)为流动相,检测波长为275nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为30℃。酒石酸美托洛尔在0.05~4mg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99995)。酒石酸美托洛尔平均回收率分别为99.3%。结论:本法简便、准确,可用于酒石酸美托洛尔片中酒石酸美托洛尔的含量测定。
