目的观察分析Nd:YAG激光联合超声洁刮治疗牙周炎的应用价值。方法选取2013年2月到2016年2月间在本院予以牙周炎治疗的患者40例,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组使用超声波洁牙以及龈下刮治术进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,加用Nd:YAG激光疗法。观察两组患者在治疗后的菌斑指数、菌落数量、龈沟出血指数,并进行比较。结果两组患者在治疗后,菌斑指数、菌落数量、龈沟出血指数均得到降低,与治疗之前相比均存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗后菌斑指数明显低于对照组,组间存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗后1个月与2个半月时,菌落数量明显低于同时间段的对照组,组间存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗后半个月与1个月时的龈沟出血指数,明显低于同时间段的对照组,组间存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论Nd:YAG激光联合超声洁刮治疗牙周炎比单独使用超声洁刮治疗,临床效果更好,能有效清除菌斑,清除患者口腔内的有害菌群,调节菌群平衡,保护牙周组织,临床效果更加可靠,该方法具有较高的临床应用价值,值得应用推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of Nd: YAG laser combined with ultrasonic cleaning in the treatment of periodontitis. Methods Forty patients with periodontitis treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with ultrasonic dental scaling and subgingival scaling. The observation group On the basis of the control group, plus Nd: YAG laser therapy. After treatment, the plaque index, the number of colonies and the sulcus bleeding index were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the plaque index, colony number and sulcus bleeding index were decreased in both groups (P <0.05), and the plaque index in the observation group was significantly higher after treatment (P <0.05). The number of colonies in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 1 month and 2 and a half months after treatment, with significant statistics between the two groups (P <0.05). The sulcus bleeding index in the observation group at the second month and the first month after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group at the same time (P <0.05) . Conclusion Nd: YAG laser combined with ultrasonic cleaning can treat periodontitis more effectively than cleaning with ultrasonic alone. The clinical effect is better, the plaque can be effectively removed, the harmful bacteria in the oral cavity can be removed, the flora balance can be adjusted and the periodontal tissue can be protected , The clinical effect is more reliable, the method has a high clinical value, it is worth to promote the application.
