目的:探讨和分析保妇康栓与乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果。方法:研究选择2014年6月至2017年5月在本院治疗的200例霉菌性阴道炎患者当做研究对象,依入院顺序分甲组、乙组,每组100例。所有患者均通过乳酸菌阴道胶囊进行治疗,甲组患者加用保妇康栓进行治疗,评价甲乙两组患者的疗效和症状消失时间。结果:甲组患者治疗总有效率显著高于乙组患者(P<0.05)。甲组患者症状(外阴瘙痒、灼痛,阴道分泌物,阴道充血、糜烂)消失时间均短于乙组患者(P<0.05)。结论:在霉菌性阴道炎患者的治疗中,保妇康栓联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的效果确切,患者症状可快速消失,并治疗的总有效率很高,应推广使用。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the effect of Baofukang suppository and lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule in the treatment of fungal vaginitis. Methods: The study selected 200 patients with fungal vaginitis treated in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2017 as subjects, divided into two groups according to the order of hospital admission: group A and group B, with 100 cases in each group. All patients were treated by vaginal lactic acid bacteria capsule, A group of patients treated with Bao-Fukang suppository to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups of patients A and symptoms disappear time. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P <0.05). Group A patients with symptoms (genital itching, burning, vaginal discharge, vaginal congestion, erosion) were shorter than the disappearance of B patients (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with fungal vaginitis, Baofukang suppository combined with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule treatment effect is exact, the patient’s symptoms can quickly disappear, and the total effective rate of treatment should be widely used.
