本文报道了作者应用单一的单克隆抗体或3~4个混合的单克隆抗体处理尾蚴后,减少或影响其感染和发育的情况。单克隆抗体选用曼氏血吸虫免疫的C_(57)BL/65小鼠脾细胞与小鼠不分泌SP2型骨髓瘤细胞融合的杂交瘤制备。用酶联免疫吸附试验测定虫卵可溶性抗原及4MKCl提取的尾蚴抗原和用间接免疫荧光测定童虫表面抗原与单克隆抗体发生反应的克隆化融合细胞,注射到经“朴日斯烷”(Pristan)处理后的小鼠腹腔内,使其产生腹水。
This article reports the authors’ treatment of cercariae with a single monoclonal antibody or 3 to 4 mixed monoclonal antibodies to reduce or affect their infection and development.
