选聘高校毕业生到农村任职,是党中央为农村引进人才和缓解高校毕业生就业难题而作出的一项重大决策。笔者基于大学生村官、基本村干部以及村民三个层面的实地调查数据,对大学生村官的生存与发展状况进行分析,以期为政府相关决策提供参考。
Electing college graduates to work in the rural areas is a major policy decision made by the Party Central Committee for bringing in qualified personnel to rural areas and alleviating employment difficulties for college graduates. Based on the field survey data of college village village officials, village cadres and villagers, the author analyzes the existence and development of college village officials in order to provide reference for government decision-making.
