温包充注特性作为热力膨胀阀最重要的设计参数之一,对制冷系统稳定性有重要影响,然而当前这方面研究十分匮乏。本文对热力膨胀阀温包充注方式对蒸发器-热力膨胀阀回路的稳定性影响进行研究,建立了蒸发器-热力膨胀阀循环的热动力学模型,采用Nyquist稳定性判据研究系统的稳定性。结果表明:相对于温包平行充注,交叉充注有利于减小系统不稳定工作区域;对于交叉充注,提高交叉点压力值、降低压力-温度曲线斜率有利于减小系统不稳定工作区域。
As one of the most important design parameters of thermostatic expansion valve, the filling characteristics of temperature package have an important influence on the stability of the refrigeration system. However, the current research in this area is very scarce. In this paper, the thermal expansion valve thermostat filling mode on the evaporator - thermal expansion valve loop stability research, the establishment of the evaporator - thermal expansion valve cycle thermodynamic model, using Nyquist stability criterion to study the stability of the system Sex. The results show that cross-filling is beneficial to reduce the unstable working area of the system compared with the parallel filling of the warm packs. For cross-filling, increasing the cross-point pressure and decreasing the slope of the pressure-temperature curve are beneficial to reduce the unstable working area of the system .
