采用同种异体胎儿骨移植治疗孤立性骨囊肿 9例 ,结果 9例均获满意效果 ,术后随诊 6个月骨囊肿愈合 ,随防 2～ 8年 ,无一例复发。结论 :低温保存在 75%酒清溶液中的胚胎骨是修复骨缺损理想材料。
Allogeneic fetal bone transplantation was used to treat 9 cases of solitary bone cysts. The results were satisfactory in all 9 cases. After 6 months of follow-up, bone cysts healed. No recurrence occurred after 2-8 years of prevention. Conclusion : Embryonic bone cryopreserved in 75% alcohol solution is an ideal material for bone defect repair.
