企业财务报表是银行信贷决策与管理的基础,虚假报表信息对银行判断企业经营状况会产生严重误导,进而导致银行信贷失误,这银行带来巨大经济损失。本文分析了企业财务报表应用的重要性和企业财务报表造假的主要手段,最后探讨了企业财务报表分析的主要内容,以及虚假信息的防范手段。
Corporate financial statements are the basis for bank credit decision-making and management. False financial statements can cause serious misleading bank operations to judge their business conditions, which in turn leads to bank credit failures. This bank has brought huge economic losses. This article analyzes the importance of the application of the financial statements of enterprises and the main means of falsification of the financial statements of the enterprises. Finally, the main contents of the financial statements of the enterprises are analyzed, and the means of prevention of false information are also discussed.
