党的十七大报告提出:“加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,用正确方式处理人际关系。”几年来,莱钢股份公司炼钢厂党委以十七大精神为指针,不断探索并初步构建起了“1144”人文关怀工作体系,即:贯彻一个理念、实现一个愿景、坚持四项基本原则、建立四项机制。“1144”人文关怀工作体系为在新时期、新阶段加强和改进思想政治工作探明了方向,促进了企业健康持续发展。
