[目的]了解补体组分在感染性鱼类疾病中的作用,为鱼类疾病的诊断和治疗提供参考。[方法]采用不同浓度(2×106、4×106CFU/ml)的嗜水气单胞菌感染异育银鲫,利用半定量RT-PCR技术检测感染不同时间后肝脏中补体组分C3和C4的表达量。[结果]感染后4、5 h时,异育银鲫肝脏中C3的表达量均显著高于对照组。在感染后4 h时,不同浓度组之间C3的表达量无显著差异。而在感染后5 h时,感染浓度1组(注射2×106 CFU/ml嗜水气单胞菌)中C3的表达量显著高于感染浓度2组(注射4×106 CFU/ml嗜水气单胞菌)。异育银鲫肝脏中C4的表达水平远低于C3。在感染后5 h时,感染浓度1组C4的表达量显著高于对照组,其余处理组与对照组均无显著差异。[结论]补体组分C3在鱼类免疫防御系统中具有非常重要的意义。
[Objective] To understand the role of complement components in infectious fish diseases and provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of fish diseases. [Method] Aeromonas hydrophila infected with Aeromonas hydrophila at different concentrations (2 × 106,4 × 106CFU / ml) were used to detect the levels of complement C3 and C4 in the liver at different times after infection by semi-quantitative RT-PCR The amount of expression.
