汽车发动机冷却风扇控制器(PWM型)出厂前的综合参数的测试是一项基础而复杂的工程。由于其输出的高频方波脉冲达到20 k Hz的量级,所以在测试平台的架构上常常以大投入的虚拟测试平台来实现。为了在增加产能的情况下降本增效的实现最大收益,设计了一种基于高速单元实现的MCU测试平台。在高速单元的输入捕捉函数中对端口监控进行高速切换,来实现对(产品)输出高低电平的时间的精确捕捉,经过计算后判定产品合格与否。在经过多批次生产验证后证实其测试平台完全符合设计要求,达到测试目的。
