In this paper, edge enhancement and combined with matched filtering and area threshold method to form a new extraction algorithm of body surface electrocardiogram pacing pulse CEMA, the MIT ECG database 4 pacing ECG and simulation signal test, the sensitivity and specificity of the algorithm were 99.85% and 99.93%. This method can be used for real-time extraction of pacing pulses from a Holter recorder
