在金融市场中,信托是重要的组成部分,对经济发展起着不可忽视的作用。经过多年发展,我国信托业已取得长足进步,规模持续增大,数量不断增多,但由于制度不完善,发展不均衡,暴露出越来越多问题,需引起相关部门重视。“一带一路”战略与供给侧改革为信托转型带来了历史性战略机遇。本文通过借鉴海外发达国家信托转型发展的经验,给当代中国信托行业转型提出相关建议。
In the financial market, trusts are an important part of economic development plays a non-negligible role. After years of development, the trust industry in our country has made great strides, the scale has been continuously increased, and the number has been on the increase. However, due to the imperfect system and unbalanced development, more and more problems have been exposed and the relevant departments need to be taken seriously. The “Belt and Road Initiatives” and supply-side reforms have brought historic strategic opportunities for the transformation of trust. This article, through drawing lessons from the experience of trust and development in overseas developed countries, gives some suggestions on the transformation of contemporary China’s trust industry.
