班主任是班级的组织者和领导者,班主任的言行举止,对学生各方便面的发展起着很重要的作用,它影响着一个班级班风、班貌的形成、表现和成效。作为小学的班主任,富有感召力的语言,固然能促进学生积极向上,然而班主任的一个眼神,一个抚摩,一个微笑等对学生各方面的提高起着鼓舞和鞭策。实践证明,班主任的非语言暗示,在班级管理工作中起着事半功倍,团结向上的积极作用。笔者根据多年的班主任工作经验,尝试了从如下几个方面
