抗肿瘤药物的细胞动力学特点及其时效关系是进行肿瘤联合化疗方案设计的依据之一。激光流式细胞计是近代研究抗肿瘤药物作用机理的有力手段。由于这种新技术速度快、工作周期短,因而使细胞动力学分析从实验室研究过渡到临床成为可能。
The cytodynamic characteristics and time-response relationship of anti-tumor drugs is one of the basis for the design of tumor combined chemotherapy. Laser flow cytometry is a powerful tool for studying the mechanism of action of anticancer drugs in modern times. Due to the speed and short working cycle of this new technology, it has become possible to make the transition from laboratory studies to clinical studies of cell dynamics.
