对三维荧光光谱(excitation emission matrix spectroscopy,EEMs)应用于海水中有色可溶性有机物(chromophoricdissolved organic matter,CDOM)分析进行了综述。阐明了海水中CDOM在海洋生物地球化学循环和气候变化中的重要作用,指出了传统分析方法的不足,论述了EEMs用于CDOM分析的优势和不足,总结了国内外在该领域的研究概况,详述了影响海水中CDOM三维荧光光谱特性的主要影响因素,最后对EEMs技术在海水CDOM分析中应用的前景和待解决的问题进行了展望。
The application of three-dimensional fluorescence emission spectroscopy (EEMs) to chromophoricdissolved organic matter (CDOM) analysis in seawater was reviewed. The important role of CDOM in seawater biogeochemical cycle and climate change is expounded. The deficiencies of traditional analytical methods are pointed out. The advantages and disadvantages of EOMs for CDOM analysis are discussed. The research situation in this field at home and abroad is summarized. The main influencing factors affecting the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum of CDOM in seawater are described in detail. Finally, the prospect of the application of EEMs in seawater CDOM analysis and the problems to be solved are prospected.
