随着信息技术发展和阅读终端的应用,网络化时代下图书馆的读者服务仍然存在等待读者上门、“以藏为主”、“柜台式”服务为主等问题。本文主要从信息载体变化、服务对象主体变化、读者服务理念落后、服务方式单一四个方面进行分析,要求在信息时代背景下图书馆读者服务应该强化服务意识从而提高服务质量,增强文献加工能力以构建网络查阅平台,提高信息检索手段提供便捷文献检索服务,最终提高信息服务能力,使图书馆实现从传统“文献传递”到现代“知识传递”的职能转型,使图书馆发挥对文化知识的传承职能。
