目的提高基层医院护工的院感意识，减少医院感染。方法分析基层医院CCU病房护工感染管理中存在的问题，制定切实可行的管理对策。结果制定了健全的护工管理制度和有效的监督与反馈机制。结论加强了护工的规范化培训，有效提高了护工的院感意识，减少了医院感染。“,”Objective To improve the grass-roots courts of hospital workers sense of awareness, reduce hospital infection.
