据1974—76年全省调查,本省淮河水系、淮北平原各县市均为肿瘤低发区,年平均肿瘤死亡率均在36.77～59.80/10万之间,明显低于全省年平均死亡率(76.99/10万).1979年4～5月本院肿瘤防治调查组、本院内科与固镇县卫生局合办白血病防治学习班学员对本县74—78年5年肿瘤死亡率进行复核和补充调查.调查方法与全省相同,肿瘤诊断可靠性与完整性符合要求,调查及分析统计结果如下.
According to the survey conducted in the province in 1974-76, all the counties and cities in the Huaihe River and Huaibei Plain of the province were in a low-incidence area with an average annual cancer death rate of 36.77 to 59.80 / 100,000, which was significantly lower than the annual average mortality rate in the province (76.99 / 100000) .From April to May 1979, our hospital cancer prevention and treatment investigation team, our hospital internal medicine and Guzhen County Health Bureau jointly leukemia prevention and treatment classes students to 74-78 years in the county of 5-year tumor mortality review and Supplementary investigation.The survey method is the same with the province, the reliability and integrity of tumor diagnosis meet the requirements, the survey and analysis of statistical results are as follows.
