不同形态钙对设施黄瓜生长及钙吸收的影响

[目的]为了选择适合于设施黄瓜栽培中使用的钙制剂。[方法]在金正大国家缓控释肥研究中心科研智能温室内,以“津优35”黄瓜品种为试材,采用沙培法,叶面喷施硝酸钙(Ca(NO_3)_2)、糖醇钙(Manntiol-Ca)和助剂钙(Additive-Ca(NO_3)_2),研究不同形态钙对黄瓜干鲜重、叶绿素含量及钙吸收的影响。[结果]3种形态钙处理黄瓜植株干鲜重和叶绿素含量均高于对照,其中糖醇钙处理和助剂钙处理植株高于硝酸钙处理;糖醇钙处理叶干鲜重分别比硝酸钙处理植株增加1.1%和7.0%,助剂钙处理叶干鲜重分别比硝酸钙处理植株增加10.4%和20.1%,糖醇钙处理和助剂钙处理叶绿素含量分别比硝酸钙处理增加8.2%和10.1%。糖醇钙处理和助剂钙处理根、茎、叶钙吸收量均高于硝酸钙处理。糖醇钙处理和助剂钙处理叶钙吸收量分别比硝酸钙处理增加22.7%和52.0%。叶片钙吸收量高于根和茎,根部钙吸收量最少。[结论]在试验条件处理下,糖醇钙处理和助剂钙处理总体效果优于硝酸钙处理。与硝酸钙相比,糖醇钙和助剂钙可作为设施蔬菜栽培中选用的钙制剂。 [Objective] In order to select the calcium preparation suitable for cucumber cultivation in facilities. [Method] In the research intelligent green house of National Controlled Release Fertilizer Research Center of Kim Jongda, the effects of Ca (NO3) 2 on the leaves of " Manntiol-Ca and Additive-Ca (NO_3) _2) were used to study the effects of different forms of calcium on dry and fresh weight, chlorophyll content and calcium absorption of cucumber. [Result] The dry weight, fresh weight and chlorophyll content of cucumber with three kinds of calcium treatments were higher than those of the control. Among them, the treatment with sugar alcohol and calcium supplementation was higher than that with calcium nitrate treatment; The treated plants increased by 1.1% and 7.0% respectively, and the leaf dry weight of assistant calcium treatment increased by 10.4% and 20.1% respectively compared with that of calcium nitrate treatment. The content of chlorophyll of calcium alcoholate treatment and additive calcium treatment increased by 8.2% 10.1%. Calcium alcoholates and auxiliaries calcium treatment root, stem and leaf calcium absorption were higher than calcium nitrate treatment. Calcium alcoholates and foliar calcium treatments increased leaf calcium uptake by 22.7% and 52.0%, respectively, over calcium nitrate treatment. Leaf calcium uptake is higher than roots and stems, root absorption of calcium at least. [Conclusion] The overall effect of calcium alcoholate treatment and additive calcium treatment was better than that of calcium nitrate treatment under the experimental conditions. Compared with calcium nitrate, calcium alcoholate and calcium additives can be used as equipment in the cultivation of vegetables used in calcium preparation.
