吡啶联苯胺法,卫生部编写的食品卫生检检方法(理化部份)1963年版已收载,1979年版也收载,因联苯胺系致癌物质,化学工业也找其它化学品作原料来代替它,因此有必要另找其它方法来代替吡啶联琴胺法。南京师范学院化学系与江苏省卫生防疫站应用吡啶巴比妥酸法于水的测定。巴比妥酸不是致癌物质,因此试用吡啶巴比妥酸法来代替吡啶联苯胺法测定食品中的微量氰化物,本文对两种方法的灵敏度与重现性进行了比较。
