目的探究护理人性化管理在内镜中心的应用价值,并准确掌握内镜中心人性化且科学合理的护理方式,减轻患者在接受诊断与治疗时需承受的痛苦。方法选取我院2014年6月至2015年6月收治的内镜中心患者600例作为本次的研究对象,随机分为观察组和常规组两组,每组各300例。其中常规组给予一般性的常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予人性化护理,观察并记录两组患者在接受诊断与治疗中的各项基本情况。结果经过一系列护理后统计得出,观察组患者的配合率为80.0%,对照组的为58.0%;观察组对护理质量的满意度为85.0%,对照组的满意度为62.0%,比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对内镜中心患者给予人性化的护理方式,可以有效减轻患者承受的痛苦,相比一般性的常规护理方式效果更优,具有积极的实用价值。
Objective To explore the value of nursing humanized management in the endoscopic center and to accurately understand the humanized and scientific and reasonable care of the endoscopic center so as to reduce the suffering of the patients during the diagnosis and treatment. Methods Six hundred and six patients with endoscopic centers admitted from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and conventional group, with 300 cases in each group. The routine group was given general routine nursing care. The observation group was given humanized nursing care based on routine nursing care. The basic conditions of both groups in the diagnosis and treatment were observed and recorded. Results After a series of nursing statistics, the observation group patients with the rate of 80.0%, 58.0% in the control group; the observation group satisfaction with nursing quality was 85.0%, the control group satisfaction was 62.0%, the difference was significant Significantly, statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The humanized nursing method for patients with endoscopic center can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients, which is more effective than general nursing and has positive practical value.
