目的 评价各种手术方法治疗上斜肌麻痹的疗效。方法 1 4年间用 1 7种手术方法治疗上斜肌麻痹 1 95例 ,对其中 1 85例进行平均 3 7个月的随访。结果 1 85例行 2 2 7次手术 ,平均每例 1 2 3次。代偿头位、V型斜视的消除和减轻情况分别为 :1 0 3例 /1 1 0例 (93 6% )、 73例 /76例(96 1 % ) ;上斜肌力弱的功能恢复和改善 :1 5 8眼 /1 65眼 (95 8% )。治愈 76例 ,好转 98例 ,无效1 1例。总有效率 94 0 %。结论 上斜肌麻痹临床表现复杂 ,需选择符合具体病情的相应术式。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of various surgical methods in the treatment of supracervical paralysis. Methods One hundred and seventy-seven cases of supraspinal paralysis were enrolled in this study. One hundred and seventy-five cases were followed up for an average of 37 months. Results 1 85 routine 227 surgery, with an average of 123 cases per case. The patients with compensatory head position and V-type strabismus were as follows: 103 cases / 110 cases (93.6%), 73 cases / 76 cases (96.1%); And improvement: 15.8 eyes / 1 65 eyes (95 8%). 76 cases were cured, 98 cases improved, ineffective in 11 cases. The total effective 94 0%. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of supraspinatus paralysis complicated, need to choose the appropriate surgical procedures in accordance with the specific condition.
