生产检修建设基地项目是积极推进“三集五大”和“外电入鲁”战略,服务全省经济建设和社会发展的重要部署。基地建设项目资产规模大、资金密集高、工程环节多、物资采购量大、参建单位多,如何按期保质保量高效完成投产任务,同时保证工程建设管理程序合规合法、人员廉洁平安是迫切需要攻克的难题。针对上述问题,本文提出“四点四措”、“三全管控”和“两个坚持”的工程管理方法,经过现场推进实施,实现了预期投运目标。
The production, maintenance and construction base project is an important deployment of actively promoting the “three big sets of five” and “foreign investment into Shandong” strategies to serve the province’s economic construction and social development. The capital construction projects are large in scale, highly capital-intensive, with many projects, large procurement of materials and many construction units, and how to accomplish the commissioning tasks on schedule with the quality and quantity at the same time. At the same time, it is urgent to ensure the construction management procedures are lawful and law-abiding, Need to overcome the problem. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes engineering management methods of “Four Points Four”, “Three Control” and “Two Persistence”. After the project was implemented on site, the expected operation target was achieved.
