目的探讨简易呼吸器的有效清洗方法。方法抽取60件不可拆卸简易呼吸器和120件可拆卸简易呼吸器,将可拆卸简易呼吸器分为实验组和对照组,每组60件。实验组可拆卸简易呼吸器拆卸后进行清洗;不可拆卸简易呼吸器和对照组的可拆卸简易呼吸器均不拆卸直接进入清洗流程。清洗前后对简易呼吸器进行采样和细菌培养,分析清洗效果。结果实验组清洗后合格率为100%,对照组可拆卸简易呼吸器清洗后合格率为68.3%。不可拆卸简易呼吸器经过专业清洗,合格率63.3%。结论不可拆卸简易呼吸器不宜重复使用。可拆卸简易呼吸器建议拆卸后进行清洗,清洗后可以达到接触黏膜的医疗用品使用要求。
Objective To study the effective cleaning method of simple respirator. Methods A total of 60 non-detachable simple respirators and 120 removable respirators were collected. The removable respirators were divided into experimental group and control group with 60 in each group. The experimental group detachable simple respirator was disassembled for cleaning; the non-disassembly simple respirator and the control group were not disassembled directly into the cleaning process. Before and after cleaning the simple respirator for sampling and bacterial culture, analysis of cleaning effect. Results The qualified rate of the experimental group after cleaning was 100%, while that of the control group was 68.3% after cleaning. Non-removable simple respirator after professional cleaning, pass rate of 63.3%. Conclusion Non-removable simple respirator should not be reused. Removable simple respirator is recommended to disassemble after cleaning, cleaning can reach the contact mucosa medical supplies use requirements.
