[目的]通过实验检测溶剂解析气相色谱法测定室内空气中苯系物的有效性。[方法]采用活性炭管吸附空气中苯系物,经二硫化碳解析后通过气相色谱(DB-FFAP色谱柱,FID检测器)检测苯系物浓度。[结果]苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯在DB-FFAP色谱柱上分离良好,标准曲线的线性相关系数均为0.9999,质控样品浓度在标样定值范围内,相对标准偏差为0.55%~0.87%,样品平均解析效率为90.5%~101.5%。某用户新装修房屋的卧室、客厅及书房等室内二甲苯浓度均超过0.20mg/m~3,苯、甲苯、乙苯浓度较低。[结论]溶剂解析气相色谱法准确性好,适用于室内空气中苯系物的浓度测定。
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of benzene analytes in indoor air by solvent gas chromatography. [Method] Activated charcoal tubes were used to adsorb benzene compounds in the air, and their concentrations were determined by gas chromatography (DB-FFAP, FID detector) after the carbon disulfide was analyzed. [Result] The separation of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-xylene, m-xylene and p-xylene was good on the DB-FFAP column with the linear correlation coefficients of 0.9999 and the quality control sample concentration The relative standard deviation was 0.55% -0.87%, and the average analytical efficiency was 90.5% -101.5%. Some users newly renovated houses bedroom, living room and study indoor xylene concentrations were more than 0.20mg / m ~ 3, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene concentrations lower. [Conclusion] The solvent analytical GC has good accuracy and is suitable for the determination of benzene series in indoor air.
