目的:建立金菟亮光胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中菟丝子、金钗石斛进行定性鉴别;采用反相高效液相色谱法对金丝桃苷进行定量分析:色谱柱为Dikma Diamons C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.025 mol.L-1磷酸水(40∶60),流速为0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长为370 nm。结果:TLC斑点清晰,分离度较好。金丝桃苷进样量在0.101~0.606μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6);平均加样回收率为95.2%,RSD=1.3%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便,准确,可用于金菟亮光胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Jinliang Lianguang capsule. Methods: TLC and TLC were used for the qualitative identification of hypericin and nobile dendrobium nobile. Quantitative analysis of hyperin with reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography was performed on a Dikma Diamons C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm , 5μm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.025 mol·L-1 phosphoric acid water (40:60) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL · min-1 with a detection wavelength of 370 nm. Results: TLC spots clear, better resolution. There was a good linear relationship between the content of hyperin and peak area in the range of 0.101 ~ 0.606μg (r = 0.999 6). The average recovery was 95.2% and the RSD was 1.3% (n = 5). Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate and can be used for quality control of Jinjian Lianguang capsule.
