LED是替代传统光源的第四代光源,但是其发光效率很低,发热量很大,所以热分析对大功率LED十分重要。讲述LED路灯散热器的发展现状,并阐述导热塑料的优点及其在LED灯具散热中的应用前景。建立大功率LED路灯散热器的简化有限元模型,并通过热流分析软件Flow-EFD对其进行了热分析,利用正交试验的方法得到散热器结构尺寸对散热性能的影响情况,以及塑料散热器的优化结构。应用此结构可以有效降低LED芯片结温,并具有质量轻、耐腐蚀、绝缘性好等优点,有很广泛的应用前景。
LED is the fourth generation of light source to replace the traditional light source, but its luminous efficiency is very low, a lot of heat, so thermal analysis of high-power LED is very important. Describes the development status of LED street lamp radiator, and expounds the advantages of thermal plastic and its application prospects in the heat dissipation of LED lamps. A simplified finite element model of high power LED street lamp radiator was established and analyzed by means of thermal flow analysis software Flow-EFD. The influence of structure size of radiator on thermal performance was obtained by orthogonal test, Optimization of the structure. Application of this structure can effectively reduce the LED chip junction temperature, and has the advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance, good insulation, a very wide range of applications.
