制造压力容器筒体部件时,利用一般气割机切割的割边,需要进行机械加工方可达到坡口尺寸、光洁度、机械性能的要求。我厂通过对现有气割机的改装,使切割割边不需机械加工即可达到焊接前的机械性能要求,降低了劳动强度,有利于成批生产。用具有冲刷功能的切割方法,即在切割时,氧为主气流,在其之后喷出二股平行于主气流的,按切割方向与割板成尖角的附加气流。这股气流能冲刷掉由于主气流割过在割边留下的金属残渣,使割边光洁度不低于▽4。其工装原理如下:割炬系专制喷咀,喷咀上有三个孔——按切割方向一个在前、二个在
