城市轨道交通是一门新兴的、快速发展的技术行业,同时面临着日益增多的新技术和新设备,使得城市轨道交通人力资源管理模式面临人才紧缺、管理模式落后等缺陷。为了适应当今时代发展需求,以及城市轨道交通企业可持续发展的迫切需求,本文首先全面分析了城市轨道交通行业人力资源管理模式中存在的不足和缺陷。针对此,结合当前轨道交通行业运营特性和人力资源管理模式,创新地提出了当今新兴的城市轨道交通企业人力资源管理创新对策。为有效地改善提高轨道交通人力资源管理效率和效果奠定理论基础和技术支持。
Urban rail transit is an emerging and rapidly developing technology industry, meanwhile facing with the increasing number of new technologies and new equipment, human resource management mode of urban rail transit is confronted with shortages of talent and backward management mode. In order to meet the development needs of today’s era and the urgent need of sustainable development of urban rail transit enterprises, this paper first comprehensively analyzes the shortcomings and shortcomings in the human resources management mode of urban rail transit industry. In response to this, combining with the current operation characteristics of the rail transit industry and human resources management mode, this paper puts forward innovative measures of human resources management in today’s emerging urban rail transit enterprises. Which laid the theoretical foundation and technical support for effectively improving the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources management in rail transit.
