研究了不同化合物对褐化严重的云南红豆杉愈伤组织生长的影响。结果表明，在培养基中添加０．２９ｍｇ／ＬＬ－谷氨酰胺和０．０７４－０．２２ｍｇ／Ｌ桂皮酸后能有效地抑制愈伤组织和培养基的褐化，显著改善愈伤组织的生长，并对紫杉醇的含量影响不大；
